Piotr Baran is an entrepreneur and investor focused on building institutional infrastructure for real estate. As Founder of RealTech Capital (RTC), he develops a residential investment platform spanning asset selection, deal structuring, risk governance, and capital distribution — grounded in decades of hands-on development experience through his work with PCG, a Wrocław-based developer with thousands of homes delivered. He serves as Board Member of the Polish Real Estate Developers Association (PZFD), President of the PZFD Foundation, and board member of The Sport Foundation. A graduate of Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
